PRET-A-PORTA PLAYMAT
This super soft and classic playmat features 2 reversible fabric; brushed cotton on the front which is soft and gentle on your baby’s skin and a waterproof quilted backing perfect to take to the park or beach and makes for easy cleaning. The waterproof side also doubles up as a change pad. It comes in two playful designs, Halo and Mr Muscle making it a great backdrop for that memorable photo. It rolls up easily into a compact size and is the perfect baby accessory to have on the go.
The print is screen printed by hand in gold foil so no two pieces are the same. Slight movement in print is normal. Refer to our ‘handy tips’ on how best to care for your playmat to get the most out of it.

Care instructions:
Hand or machine wash on gentle cycle (30c) using mild detergent. Do not rub, soak or wring. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade. Wash separately before use. Launder whites, colours and prints separately. Dry cleanable.

Handy tips:
Brushed type of cotton is very soft to the touch and wonderful for babies. Here are some tips to keep your brush cotton playmat looking great!
The first time you wash the playmat, add about a half cup of white vinegar to the wash to keep the fabric from pilling. It also makes the colour longer lasting.
Skip fabric softener on the playmat; it can actually make the fabric stiff and uncomfortable. Also, running an extra rinse cycle will remove any residue that can cause the fabric to feel stiff. Use warm water instead of hot, though cold is a good option, too. Your playmat should be air dried, optimally, though a low heat setting is fine as well.
For stain removal, use a gentle hand, mild soap, and warm water. Make sure to tackle stains before washing the playmat for best results.
Even the best flannel will wear out overtime and become thin and lose its softness. Enjoy it and take care of it while it lasts, but be prepared to replace older pieces.
