Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We know you will love our products, but for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about our products, please contact us at [email protected] to request a return within 7 days and you can return them to us within 14 days from date of purchase. The products must be in their original re-saleable condition with tags on and in their original packaging. Products must not have been washed or used.

Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for a exchange or credit note. Please include your invoice number and product description in the email together with the reason for return.

Leo & Bella will not liable for any lost or damaged items being returned, we would recommend that you pack the order as we have sent it so it arrives safely and use a courier service or registered mail for tracking purposes. Please note that all returns will need to be shipped and handled at your own cost.

We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. No refunds are offered after 7 days but instead a store credit. We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order however, we are able to offer a store credit. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and is in its original condition.

Please note we do not offer full refunds on any item purchased using Afterpay as tender may only be exchanged for credit note to equal or product equal or lesser value. All Afterpay refunds will incur a 7% fee off the requested refund amount.

We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items and gift cards.

What costs do I bear if I want to make a return?

You will need to cover postage costs for ‘Change of mind’ returns. However, Leo & Bella will reimburse for return postage of any product deemed to be faulty or damaged within the 14 days return period.

When will my return be processed?

If your returned products are in their original condition with tags on and in their original packaging, we will process your refund, exchange or credit note within 3-5 working days. We will send you an email to inform you once it has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. Please note some credit card issuers or banks may take a longer period to process the refund and make funds available to you.
