What are the shipping options available at Leo & Bella?

Leo & Bella offers local and worldwide International shipping. For local shipping we use Australia Post for Normal and Express orders and Couriers for bulky and fragile orders. We may sometimes use a Courier if it is the fastest way to get your order out to you. Charges for shipping are determined by weight and your postcode.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Australia Post offers a regular Airmail, which is the most economical non-trackable method for your delivery, there is also a Pack & Track method which allows you to track the item and an Express option with tracking with the fastest delivery time.

How much is postage?

For all local and International orders, the postage is determined by the weight of your order and the postcode or country of delivery. You can calculate this cost at the checkout stage of your purchase.

Do you deliver to P O Box address?

Yes we can deliver to any P O Box Address in Australia and also internationally using Australia Post. If a courier is required to deliver your order, they will not be able to deliver to a P O Box address, therefore we will need a street address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 2-5 business days from the shipping notification email. Express post orders will take 1 working days from the shipping notification email if you are located in the Express Post network area and next day delivery is not guaranteed if you are outside this network area such as outer metropolitan areas and townships but it will be still the fastest delivery method.

If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 7-21 working days from the shipping notification email.

International deliveries to metropolitan areas will usually take between 5-15 working days from the shipping notification email.

Can I track my order?

You can track the delivery status of your order at the Australia Post website or courier’s website once your tracking number has been sent to you via email.

What if my order was damaged in transit?

When ordering any FRAGILE items you are required to open and check all items in your package upon receiving your order. In an unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please email us at [email protected] with your full name, description of item that was damaged and images of the damaged goods as received in its box within 48 hours. We will lodge an insurance claim on your behalf and will sent a replacement out as soon as possible. We will not acknowledge any messages or images sent to our social media messaging tools as all correspondence and images have to be traced via our email system.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Please contact Australia Post or couriers that your order was dispatched with and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at [email protected] and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

We take extra care in packing your orders and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused when incorrect items are shipped to you. Please contact us at [email protected] to inform us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you immediately. We will either organise for the item to be picked up or provide with you with a postage paid label for the return of the incorrect item.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple satchels/boxes due to its size. If this happens, orders may occasionally be delivered in subsequent days. Please contact us to check if this is the case. In the unlikely event that we have missed an item off your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
