DESIGN

KITCHEN HOLDER is a minimalistic and durable design for the kitchen. This is also LIND DNA’s vision of how to turn the traditional kitchen towel holder into something more than a mere kitchen accessory and make it decorative for the modern kitchen. Everything is handmade, even the Danish oak that brings the finishing touch to KITCHEN HOLDER. The oak is used for the closing mechanism – a simple click system which makes it very easy to change the roll of paper towels for a new one. A traditional function for a modern and contrasting design, combining the cold aluminum with soft, recycled leather.

MATERIAL

The inside of polished aluminum is coated with recycled leather, the design signature of LIND DNA, comprised of 80% reused leather and 20% natural rubber. This material is especially ideal for the kitchen since it is durable, water resistant and very easy to clean with a wet cloth and window spray.
