How do I contact you?

You may contact us by email either via the contact us tab or by sending your message to [email protected]. If you like to speak to us please include your contact number in your message and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 days but most of our packages are dispatched the next business day. However, we ask for you to place your order at least 14 days before your special event. This will ensure you will receive your order with enough time to prepare for your event.

If you need your order by a certain date, please sent us an email at [email protected] with your postcode and suburb as well as the date your order is needed. We are more than happy to prioritise your order and get back to you as soon as possible as to when you may expect your order to arrive.

 

What payment options are available?

We accept direct deposit and credit card payments via Paypal.

 

What shipping methods are available?

Majority of our goods are sent via couriers and some via Australia Post depending on your location. You may require to sign for the packages as proof of delivery. Therefore, we can only ship to street addresses and not to P.O.Box addresses. Charges for shipping is determined by weight and postcode.

 

Is pickup available?

Leo & Bella is based in Melbourne, Australia and pick up is available from our warehouse at 14 Korong Road Heidelberg West VIC. Please email us on [email protected] to arrange a time for collection.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Please email us on [email protected] with your country and items you are would like for a postage quote. Postage is based on weight and all item will be shipped out from Australia. As we are so far away from everyone in the world be aware shipping fee is rather expensive.

 

How will my order be packed?

We carefully packed all orders to ensure that your items arrive to you in the best of condition and to avoid the risk of damaged goods whilst in transit. We also use recycled boxes for shipping where ever possible.

 

How do I track my order?

You should receive an email once your order is dispatch along with your tracking number.

 

What if my order was damaged?

When ordering FRAGILE items you are required to open and check all items in your package prior to signing for it. In an unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please email us on [email protected] within 48 hours and please include images of the damaged goods.

 

What is your refund and return policy?

We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving the item. No refunds are offered after 48 hours but instead a store credit. We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order however, we are able to offer a store credit. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unopened, unused and is in its original condition.
